From the foundation of a single dealership, Frank now leads the Capital Auto Group team of over 200 employees across ten automotive businesses. The Group is widely recognized for its commitment to the highest standards of integrity and quality, product selection, and service. On the Canadian stage, Frank has been a distinguished member of the national dealer council for three major manufacturers, while earning the President’s Award of Merit for all three brands.

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Jon Howard oversees the expansion and development our organization through acquisition, new facility construction and renovations. Focused on developing a cutting-edge experience across all functions, Jon’s outstanding level of client service sets the standard for our company. A graduate of NADA Academy and Memorial University’s School of Business, Jon’s background in dealer management and organizational leadership spans over fifteen years.

Felix Squires
For nearly fifteen years, Felix Squires has been a sales leader in our local industry. An integral part of the Genesis St. John’s team, Felix earned a post-secondary Diploma in Business Management from College of the North Atlantic and is a graduate of Memorial University’s School of Business. In his current role, Felix oversees every step of the client experience to ensure you find the ideal automotive solution in the most rewarding way possible.
Walter Harding
Walter has served the motoring public in St. John’s for over 40 years focusing on the areas of client relations and customer service. Walter appreciates the opportunity to make each and every guest feel respected and valued.
